We process many thousands of CRBs every year and our service is designed to assist you every step of the way.

Straightaway we provide you with an introductory pack giving you everything you need to get started. In addition we have a telephone support service staffed by experienced personnel who can answer any queries you may have. This is available Monday to Friday from 8.30am until 5.30pm.

We produce a crb compliance newsletter each quarter giving the latest news on changes in legislation affecting the CRB Disclosure process and details about anything else we think you ought to know about. Also we carry out on-site visits to discuss any particular problems a client may be having with the process as a whole.

If you receive a CRB Disclosure which includes a criminal record, it is sometimes difficult to determine what the information means. We can put you in touch with experts who can describe the facts in layman’s terms and deal with any queries you may have.

CRB Disclosure Charges

Our CRB charges have remained virtually unchanged since we first started processing Disclosures in 2002.

Over the past nine years we have managed to absorb increases in most of our overheads without significantly affecting what we charge.

Our fee for dealing with a Disclosure is based on the number of cases processed each year. Our scale of charges start from as little as £3.00 making us one of the lowest priced Umbrella Bodies in the UK.
